Accept support requests and assist in categorizing and processing these requests
Support the license management and the installation of tools and applications
Assist in replacing client devices and setting up server and network systems for both internal and external project
Finally, you support in error tracking and troubleshooting
What you need to succeed:
You are an enrolled student in computer science, business informatics or a similar course of study
High IT affinity and first basic knowledge in system administration
Good communication skills
A process- and service-oriented as well as result-oriented way of working
A strong ability for self-motivation
Good spoken and written German and English skills
