Here's what you'll do:

  • Accept support requests and assist in categorizing and processing these requests
  • Support the license management and the installation of tools and applications
  • Assist in replacing client devices and setting up server and network systems for both internal and external project
  • Finally, you support in error tracking and troubleshooting

What you need to succeed:

  • You are an enrolled student in computer science, business informatics or a similar course of study
  • High IT affinity and first basic knowledge in system administration
  • Good communication skills
  • A process- and service-oriented as well as result-oriented way of working
  • A strong ability for self-motivation
  • Good spoken and written German and English skills
