Pilot Study

A pilot study addresses in generic terms the questions of whether something can be done, whether one should proceed with it, and if so, how. In contrast to a full-scale study, a pilot study is limited in scope and scale. In the context of solution design and development, a pilot study addresses feasibility, scope, objectives and project planning aspects in general.
